MTN and it's *****

MTN has on its own allowed a ********* to use my personal details to subscribe to something that I do not want, for their own personal benefit. Now I have an adverse listing for something that I have no knowledge of, I made the company aware that I have no contract with them and that this was ***** and they told me that I need to submit an affidavit and a certified I'd copy which I did about 2 months ago but still even today I still have an adverse listing, I even get threats from their legal department known as VVM, I work for a financial institution and this is affecting me, my credit score and my career. Please help me clear my name.
