MTN and it's consultants both useless

I updated my banking details in store beginning of the month and the consultant said not to worry.

Now the payment didn't go off the correct account and we don't have wifi and they charging me unpaid debit order fees.

Why must i pay when mtn and its consultants don't do their job.

Why do their consultants act like they doing you a favour ? Are they working for free?
