MTN and it's broken ***** system!

What a terrible terrible experience!

MTN created a ********** contract with someone who has used my financial details, this is horrible of course and I did what was required affidavits etc...

Well it has been 6 months and R6 000 rand later with no feedback from what seems like a bloated ineffective part of MTN's business. I am paying for someone's new iPhone in some ***** part of the country and there's absolutely nothing I can do about it but sigh and follow up with MTN once again with no results.

Why cell phone companies think it is a good idea to get cell phone contracts anywhere like Pep stores or whatever is beyond me, you just need one ******* employee.

How does MTN let this happen and make it my problem? I have never been with MTN and hell will freeze over if I ever did sign on with them.
