MTN and it's Insurance broker

<p>I have send in my Iphone for a simple screen repair by the 1st of November 2016 till today 13 May 2017 MTN and its Insurance (Pinnacle Marketing) can't give me a solid answer on when my business phone will be couriered back to me.</p>
