Mtn and huawei not supporting google

Good day

I recently visited an mtn store in mall of africa to get a new phone as i had lost mine, i asked for an android phone with the understanding that i will be able to backup all my stuff from google drive so i got a huawei P40 lite only to discover that i wont be able to get my apps back or even i got them they wont operate as they need google services to run, so i took the phone back with hope of getting an android phones which supports google as well as being user friendly, even though it hasnt been 7 day the consultant told me that mtn doesnt take phones back which means that i have to use it as it is, so for me i find it very disturbing that how can mtn not be willing to give me a new phone that i will be able to get all my apps backed up and working properly. I need help from you mtn as well as for you to educate your employees on their sales technique as well as customer services
