MTN and Hammond Pole Attorneys Nightmare

Honestly speaking MTN is just a nightmare to deal with and they offer no assistance whatsoever.

I paid up my contract and to date they demand payment, when asked for a statement of account they refer one to HP Attorneys, the same people who have been sent several emails with proof of payments and never respond to any email.

You email customer services with all proof of payments and they too cannot help.

Getting out of an MTN contract is a nightmare
