MTN and Hammond Pole attorneys

<p>I had a contract with MTN from July 2013 to July 2015 but they were still debiting money from my account after the contract has ended. I then decided to write to Hello Peter in November 2015 as they were still debiting and I was tired of reversing the debit orders even though I have cancelled my account with them and have email proof of this from both MTN and my end. They responded to my Hello Peter complained with "</p> <p>Hello TshepoZ,</p> <p>Thank you for your post.</p> <p>We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.</p> <p>Regards,<br />Ayanda<br />REQ: ********** </p> <p> </p> <p>So i thought this was sorted out until I started receiving emails from Hammond Pole attorneys threatning to take me court and get me blacklisted because of MTN and this account. I have spent so much of my time responding to their accusation and today I received a call from one of the Hammond Pole agent telling me my name will be blacklisted in 24 hours. I am very disgusted by this! Wow! having a contract with MTN in the first place is my biggest regret! MTN and Hammond Pole Attorneys FIX THIS NOW!!!</p>
