Mtn and Guardrisk insurance wont return my phone AVOID

My phone was taken in at the beginning of December 2019 and 2 months later I have not received my phone. Iv sent countless e-mails to mtn complaint and guardrisk insurence and still nothing. iv asked them to return my phone without fixing it and the refuse to do so, iv asked where the repair shop is so i can collect myself and they refuse to do so. The only thing they have done is bring people to my house to collect a phone that has been in their procession for months

At this point my phone is ****** as they wont give back my property
