Mtn and guardrisk

I have been talking to mtn ppl since morning they told me to go back to the store where I bought the phone 4 years ago n the workers there gave me an invoice as proof that I have been using the phone and said they can't help me with anything else n that the guardrisk were making excuses so they don't replace my phone. Mtn and guardrisk are making this my fault.
