MTN AND GUARDRISK

I have insured my mobile LG7 phone with MTN via GuardRisk and insured both my cell number *** and 081 one.

My phone was ****** while i was driving from the beach in Cape town by one of my occupants and i dont understand why Guardrisk and MTN has decline my claim after i have sent them all the informations they've requested.

I insured all my numbers. THIS CELL PHONE NUMBER ***, ITS AN OLD NUMBER THAT WAS CHANGED LONG TIME AGO TO MTN NUMBERS.
