MTN and *****lent accounts

Battling with MTN to cancel a ********** account. They can't give details of how its done. I'm the 3rd person I personally know in just as many years that has gone through this horrific business practice. I've logged a call from then for a month now with no response, and my credit record has been badly affected.

MTN's business practice is unetchical, shocking and dissapointing.
