MTN AND FALSE ADVERTISING
So MTN South Africa recently replies to my previous review and once again failed to understand that because of their agents lack of explaining the process i still havent recieved the Huawei GT watch and continuously PERSIST IN BLAMING HUAWEI.

The request has been sent to the store to intervene with the complaint the manager was on leave and is back in the office tomorrow, we have resent the complaint to the store head office cannot intervene with the complaint this is a store issue.

The store has been of no use to assist with the complaint, I have been to the store numerous times and the store manager was never available and when I saw him for the first time he was dismissive and just said the store should escalate to Huawei, the same feedback, my last visit to the store they said they would escalate to Huawei representative and took my details but yet to receive any further update from them,. I know you say this is a store issue but this *****s the MTN brand and is really pushing me to change service providers once my contract comes to an end.
