MTN and eskom same whatsapp group, service failure is what they are good at

I would give a 0 if I could honestly. So I have a recurring bundle that I supposedly activated on the 3rd of March 2023, but everytime I try cancel the bundle on the app or using *136*5# it says I do not have a recurring bundle. I have called MTN twice and every time have to say over 5 times that I cannot cancel the recurring bundle. Then the promise for a TL callback which never happens. I am really disgusted at MTNs customer service because even their agents just dont seem to have a clue about anything. All they can say is sorry we cant cancel on our side.
