MTN AND EMPTY PROMISES

MTN, again, you make promises that you are unable to live up to. Its seems that you only care about your client when they start rant and rave. I have been asking for my refund and to date nothing has happened. Surprisingly enough the response you provided with references has seemingly disappeared and i am unable to retrieve it. What more do i need to do for help to be provided. Your call centre agents have no clue of what they doing and yet again it is my time and energy spent on trying to resolve this matter when you previously confirmed that the product was cancelled and a refunds is being processed. You dont call to apologize or follow up with me. You simply enjoy billing and sending statements. I WANT MY REFUND TODAY!!! From August 2018 to July! All of it!
