MTN and Dudebt, i want my Setlement letter.

MTN is the worst provider, had a contract with them, paid the amount, told them not to re-activate my account, but they didn't listen, and continued to bill me. After a lot of back and fourth, as this was impacting me on my bond application loan, decided to settle. Now i have settled, Nudebt they working with, keep dropping my calls and failing to tell me if payment has cleared and when i will get my settlement letter. this companies like MTN are quick to make judgements and run to debt collectors with hope of messing people credit records and livelihoods, seen a lot of cases especially amongst the blacks. MTN and DUDebt i want my settlement letter, i have paid the amount, which i was never supposed to pay you in the first place, i have clear email communications requesting my account to not be re-activated.
