MTN and DSV's incompetence

I got approved for a cellphone contract online on the 10th. DSV called to confirm the delivery the address on the 13th of January 2025 letting me know they will deliver between 09:00 and 12:00 on the 14th of January and I received a confirmation sms of the said delivery date with reference no. As of 14/01/2025 at 16:25 they sent me pillar to post when I called enquiring why my order was sent back to MTN. A customer care agent told me I got approved then denied but I am not provided with the reason behind everything. I've called more than 5 numbers that I was referred to and they all have no solid reason why I got approved and denied.
