MTN and DSV worse parntnership ever

MTN and DSV worse partnership ever. How long does it take to change the contact details from MTN to DSV. I have been phoning back and forth and no one comes back to me to confirm. The parcel cannot be delivered because of a contact number. Surely if the parcel is drlivered to the correct address stated on the paperwork...you will get ID, fingerprint, and proof of residence. Why must it be so difficult to get a parcel delivered?
