MTN and DSV what the hell

Got a call to upgrade my phone which I needed to do on the 29th January 2025. To date new phone has not been delivered. Excuse no 1 : MTN did not bother to follow instruction of delivery address resulting in a CPT delivery instead of JHB. Excuse no 2 : Phone has mistakenly been sent to Mpumalanga (huh) Excuse no 3: The courier company DSV has been hijacked Just now.... Excuse no 4: DSV not sure where the high jacking took place and confirming delivery address for delivery tomorrow. Shall I hold my breath?
