MTN and DSV non-delivery of cellphones

Following on from my complaint about non-delivery of my cellphones after my contracts were upgraded telephonically. DSV were supposed to deliver after I complained on HelloPeter on 21 Dec 8-10am as agreed telephonically. As usual they arrived yesterday at their convenience not Mine and I was not home. They today on actual agreed delivery date no one showed up! This is so absolutely ridiculous. They want to show up once again when no one is here so that they can claim they deliver but no one is home. Why ask for a delivery time and availablility when they don’t respect it?
