Mtn and Dsv need customer service training, appalling service

Hi all just to let everyone know the service delivery taking a phone is mtn is terrible took over a month for delivery to top it all off they send the package with no Sim card an voucher as explained on the contract. DSV is the worst delivery service ever promises are made however they don't deliver according to time and when they do deliver the request the information over an over an over again despite confirming it several times. I have had a issue with my phone speaker and they knew about the phone when they call they call on the cell phone despite knowing the customer has issues. Ruveshen chetty sold me a product advised me I would receive my phone using both numbers however dsv said they only had my cell number. The consultants in mtn need to know that matters should an can be escalated to other departments as it a concern that they tell that information also includes Preshen Naidoo the manager.Portia, Kea,khesani from Dsv need more training as their customer service is appalling they even speak over a client when the message goes across. They mentioned both companies calls are recorded mtn and dsv investigate. Would never recommend this companies to my friends and family even wanted to cancel my contract but they lady at the mtn store mall of the north manager advised if you have a number for life its impossible. She was great and apologetic and tried to help me. Still waiting for a sim card and my pick n pay voucher disappointed with mtn
