Mtn and dsv delaying my order

I ordered a phone online at www.mtn.co.za , a Samsung A05s . I paid money online . Then I got an email with order number . I received a call from dsv arranging delivery. My delivery is failing . Mtn should send me OTP on the day of delivery. I didn’t receive the OTP . Dsv is refusing to give me my parcel because I didn’t receive the otp . I emailed mtn and report my delivery issues but no response. I tried to call them still no help . Can you please help me get my parcel from dsv . I want mtn to call dsv and arrange manually delivery for me because they are failing to send otp . Manually delivery doesn’t require an OTP . I want my parcel .
