MTN and DSV deal stinks

This is now ridiculous. I ordered and paid the MTN router 2 weeks ago, and I wanted to cancel my existing service provider. I stayed home last week Wed and Fri and this week Mon, Tue and Thu, the days DSV scheduled and SMS,'d me. I had messages to say they are on their way, then nothing. Now I pay MTN and I could not cancel existing supplier, hence I pay both. I had to do all the chasing myself, then DSV reschedule then nothing. And after 3 failed attempts it's thrown out and you need to start again. I paid MTN not DSV - it's for MTN to ensure delivery.
