MTN and DSV Couriers putrid service

I upgraded online and expected convenience. Instead i received inconvenience. I was told by the call centre staff to go to the atore and get the phone. I get to a MTN direct store and guy says sorry i cant help u . To top it all. Im waiting on the courier company DSV to call me despite several attempts at calling them, they as pathetic as MTN's Service.
