MTN and DSV couriers passing blame
I app**** for a contract online, within an hour everything was done. 2 days later DSV couriers where there to deliver, their finger print scanner wasn't working so they took package back, next day they they came back same story finger print scanner wasn't working. Called their offices to find out who does the scanner belong to, I was told to contact MTN it wasn't a fault on their side. I tried calling the 135 customer care line the agent on the otherside was clueless. So I decided to go to a branch I was then told to contact the activations department, I was then transfer to their online app department (Mondo), who seem to be an outsource company after listening to their voice prompts and holding on for over 10 minutes I decided to call the activations department again only to be put through to another department who again told me I will receive a call from a supervisor never happen.
MTN agents are clueless on how to interact with customer queries....seems like a training issue..
Don't apply online you don't know which third party company is taking down your details on behalf of MTN.
