Mtn And Dsv Baddest Service Ever

Hi 3 weeks ago I App**** for a Cellphone Contract with Mondo Mtn I was Approved The Driver of Dsv was here Twice with my parcel And Took it back Because of the Bio-metric machine not picking up my finger prints It has been 3 weeks now that this problem has not been solved Nobody calls me I wrote numerous Mails to Mtn and Dsv and nobody gets back not Even Mondo I really think this is very bad Service and won't Suggest Anybody using there Service The Dsv Driver who delivers the parcel was so Rude to me And i get no Response from any of this Customer Care Guys Not Mtn not Mondo and not Even Dsv Courier Companies They fast to ask for payment but When it comes to service nobody Helps ***
