Mtn and Dsv bad service

Did online data contract 2 weeks ago. Came a week later via DSV but fingerprint machine could not read my prints. Had to return parcel. Got mtn to change to manual delivery but I have to wait another week for delivery not due to any fault of mine. I had to buy data to see me through. It is costing me extra and am still waiting for delivery. If not delivered today I will cancel and go elsewhere. Disgusting service from both mtn and dsv
