MTN and DSV, a partnership that never delivers.

Terrible service provided by their courier DSV. They are happy to charge you a pro rata amount and deliver your product over 14 days later.

DSV couldn't be bothered to follow up on your order or give you a call before they deliver. This was my second experience of the exceptionally poor service from DSV. The first package I had ordered was never delivered and now I'm 12 days into waiting for the new order.

You cannot collect your orders from MTN stores near you or make alternative arrangements for collection.
