Mtn and dst manual delivery

I am dissappointed with mtn and their choosen courie dsv. I had a new contract that i made on the 17 jan 2025 and was going to be delivered on th 21st the same month. What happened was the biometrics failed and i have been requesting for manual delivery ever since, its been back and forth calling dsv and mtn the other is waiting for the other. I am told that the it has been escalated till to date
