MTN and CCI call centres disgusting Customer services and *******s

Pathetic service being debited from january for a lap top and data deal that I have not received, I initially was contacted by CCI for a lap top deal (acer aspire i7)which I signed up for, when the package was received it was definitely not what I had agreed to after calling into CCI I was told that i need to go into mtn to return it and get the lap top I had agreed to, I returned it to the gateway mtn store and was told that once they receive stock at the warehouse they will contact me, its now July and I have still not received anything nor any calls, I am being debited every month and constantly calling in for assistance however I am being pushed from pillar to post , on my last contact with them they advised me to go back to the mtn store and that they have escalated the matter which was last month but I stil have not received a call- this is absolutely disgusting service !!!!
