MTN and automatic contract renewals

Hi, I have 3 contracts with MTN, one of which i've had for more than 10 years. So the one i've had for more than 10 expired on the 10th or 11th May 2021. the other 2 contracts expire a month after. I went to one of the service centres at Mall of Africa to cancel the expired contract. they told me that ALL my contracts expire on the 20th June 2021. that wasn't correct. Now they went ahead to collect the full debit order when one of my contracts is expired already. when i call them to ask why they extended this contract through assuming that i wanted it extended, they tell me that that's what my contract says. Why does MTN treat its loyal customers so badly. taking money that they are clearly not entitled to. i hope mtn can do the right thing here.
