MTN and AFRIZON upgrade ****

We were called by a call centre agent whom we assumed to be from MTN but have since found out was from Afrizon. *** is her address. We were sold a 5Gig package for R399 in good faith only to find out that it was actually some Gig data, some Gig social media and some Gig educational data. This WAS NOT PART OF THE telephone sale so is a complete ****!! Now spent two hours at MTN trying to cancel these "upgrades" and that is NOT easy!
