MTN and 135 is Gabbage

MTN's service is very bad. They are all friendly when you need to take up one of their contracts but they are very unhelpful when you have a complaint or have an issue to be resolved. 135 is always busy and the consultants ommit information to make sales. You go instore and they tell you they cannot assist and that you should call 135 who is always busy and your matter never gets resolved.
