mtn an ongoing nightmare

DONT USE MTN I have previously complained but the situation is ludicrous, they were harassing me daily with threats of legal action for payment of an account which had been closed in Paarl but I had no proof, so in order to stop the problem the account was officially closed with written proof from them and an amount of R191.42 was paid. I then received a letter that there was no outstanding amount and that ALL credit bureaus and debt collectors would be notified... well a few months later and the threats start again. of course you have the right to go with mtn (Making Thievery Normal) but then you can also beat yourself with a stick or stick pins in your skin.
