MTN AN MONDO BAD PARTNERSHIP

I am so disappointment on Mondo in partnership with MTN, I wrote a review two weeks back but did not get any assistant, complain or not they do not worry. I am still have the same problem was complaining about, they do not understand the word customer care or curtesy. I will be glad if they contact me and resolve my problem. so tried of complaining and phoning them and don't get any assistance.
