MTN. An absolutely horrible experience opening up a simple contact

I don’t think I have had worse service than when it comes to MTN Rosebank. My wife and I just wanted to take out a sim only contract. But due to the lack of competence of the staff it had taken my entire weekend. We waited in the store for the better part of 4 hours. Told incorrect information about MTN’s services and more so, we were treated like MTN did not want the business at all. I have been with MTN for more the 10 years. But as of today I would never recommend them to anyone due to the lousy service when trying to open up a simple contract. Just to note my contract is still not open, and when I had to go back the next day the extremely rude and arrogant lady told me that she doesn’t know what else I would need to bring to open up a contact she will let me know in a couple of days. The staff were absolutely *********** and down right rude.

If I could give this business less than one star I most certainly would
