MTN am not happy

MTN took my R622 their not paying it back. This month they were supposed to debit but they didn't so I decided to pay them again for this month since last month I also did the same thing I took their absa account on their statement and paid. Not them saying the money for last month bounced but they didn’t send an email or sms for last month. And when I check to my statement money hasn’t bounced back into my account. I payed them for May and June which is R1200 and this month they decided to rip me off R600 by debiting on my bank while they see that I sent them their money, they debit on the 1st but this month they decided to take it on the 5th while last month they didn’t even bother to take it. Now they saying their money bounced. Am not happy.
