MTN ALWAYS DOWN NO CUSTOMER CARE

If there was a 0 i'd given it 1 is too high....... Mtn we live in Mooinooi North West and 2 months now we have continued problems with internet access.... my Husband works from home we rely on your promise to supply coverage and to no avail.... my husband phones your cloent care every day and we are told that we are aware of the problem but if you are aware why on eartg after so long has yhis not been solved please contact my Husaband and check you records you'll see....... why would something work fine and all of a sudden we never have connection how long and hiw many calls do we have to make? How many times before you deliver the service you promise? Im tired of begging Mtn to deliver......
