MTN also another useless company that I have ever dealt with

MTN must be the most useless service provider that I have ever dealt with. My issue is you can5 phone them, you cant go to their outlets and ask any of 5heir staff for assistance because they just don't show any interest. I have a 2 year contract with MTN and guess what the black lady that phoned me idid she stuffed up my contract completely. Even if I go to the MTN shop in Albetton City eith a problem I always walk out of that shop with my problem not solved because they don't know what they doing. What also ****es me off you only get a phone call from all these cellphone providers when they realise that your contracts expiry day is approaching, bit for the rest of your 2 year contract you will never get a call as a valued customer (please note they only treat you as a valued customer, till you take out that 2 year contract) then for the rest of your contract all these cellphone providers treat you as you don't even exist. To end my ranting I would appreciate it if somebody from MYN could take some time from their busy schedule and make an effort 5o phone me do my problem can be solved.
