MTN almost cost me my life today

I am so disgusted and mad at this network.As soon as my contract ends im off to a new provider.Im been having problems with MTN for close to 4 years now.We never have coverage in our area.I even installed a wifi,but still we get drop calls or NO coverage.Today we had a medical emergency and to my disappointment I wasn't even able to call an ambulance.We had 0 coverage.What are you going to do now MTN,still ignore the problem?Luckily I had someone close who had a Vodacom phone and we were able to call for help.Its a shame that a phone i have for emergencies couldnt provide me with the help I needed.
