MTN allows *****ulent activities

On the 6 September 2023, I lost reception on my number yet on the area I was Nkomazi municipal, all networks had no reception so I did not suspect a thing, yet the issue carried on, until I started being suspicious on 9 and 10 September 2023 as I was at Limpopo and still no reception. On 11 September 2023 I went to MTN Riverside mall, they told me that the number doesn't belong to me cause I might have not used the number in the past 3 month, yet I objected and showed proof that I made calls, brought airtime and data, so the number was activate. Then consultant called one of their departments, the lady said to me that my number was blocked, yet after 2 days it will be activate again. 13 September 2023, the number still not activate, I went to MTN Acornhoek, the consultant told me they cannot assist me as the number doesn't belong to me, I then requested to speak to the manager as I was there 3 weeks ago to do a sim swap, I had the number for more than 10 years without issues. The manager went through the profile and discovered that my number was port out to Cell C on 1 September 2023 on 19:01, I told him I did not authorized it, then he send an email for port reversal and also ***** department, as now I had a called an alerted on my number has committed ***** activities at work as it number that receives OTP. Since then I have been following up with the ***** department and all I get is new reference all the time. At this moment I had been suspended at work since November 2023, now I am facing charges of gross dishonesty and negligence which I am going to disciplinary hearing on 20 May 2024. My heart is broken as the job is my first permant job as 27 year old female and single mom, meaning all my dreams and goals will be shartted as I cannot prove my innocence that I am not guilty of the charges. All the sacrifices I made to achieve this degree, I worked full time and studied full time at the same time to get money to attend classes and other necessary things needed at University, now all the pain will go for vein for nothing. MTN has disappointed me so badly, after this I do not want to associate myself with them and removing my contract with them.

Can anyone please assist me, I cannot take charges I didn't commit and that will make me to never get employed again.
