MTN allows ******* top take our money

what gives you the right to automatically allow companies like iBrainer to deduct money from my account? I have tried to cancel this service at least 123 times and yet you continue to invoice me. They are ******* and you have aligned yourselves with them. I am due to upgrade, why on earth would i do that?
