MTN allows ************ to swindle their clients!!!

There were data purchases made on my contract account *******ly for an amount of R 19 498.00 by a *********** who called me and said that he was calling from MTN regarding a sim swop. My phone was ****** over the weekend. I have been trying since yesterday to get the ***** department to assist as data transferring and linking of other cell numbers continued to take place. According to the consultants employed by MTN, nothing can be done until the ***** section contacts me which will be approximately in 72 hours. In the interim, data is being shared and the ******* linking of numbers still continue while MTN refuses to assist in the regard.
