MTN allows outside companies to commit ***** on their client's contracts.

I tried to upgrade my MTN contract in April only to find out it was **********ly done in February by a company called Rewardsco. Upon contacting MTN they asked me to make an affidavit at the police station to get this reversed. After doing this it took them more than a month to tell me they can do nothing about this, only Rewardsco can reverse this. Its been now 6 months without any answers. 3 weeks ago Rewardsco gave us a reference and said all is done and we must go to the MTN shop in Alberton City. It is all sorted. When l got there they said they can do nothing untill Rewardsco has done the reversal. Another 3 calls this week with empty promises and now apperently they tried to contact me, but still no answers. After 22 calles in 3 month Rewardsco still can not provide us with the tellephone recording of the upgrade that was apparently done and MTN still can not do anything. My contract is with MTN not Rewardsco. I have never dealt with them, but now MTN conveniantly pass the buck. I have 7 contracts with MTN. This WILL be canceled one by one as they expire. Can not believe MTN allow outside companies to commit ***** on their clients contracts and then turn around and tell their clients they can not do anything. We are in the process of opening an official ***** case against Rewardsco and MTN.
