MTN allows my number to be sim swapped with my permission!!

MTN allowed my number to the sim swapped without my permission. I did not reply to any USSD messages. I did not answer any calls. MTN allowed my number to be ported without my permission. And after calling I am responsible to the air time that has been ****** while the number was sim swapped!
