MTN allows ***** to happen, investigates it and confirms it was ***** but still reports missed payments to ITC

MTN - Why is it that a missed payment is showing up on my ITC when you yourselves investigated ***** that YOU allowed to happen in my name. It was more than a mission getting this investigated back in January 2022 this year. I was told in February that it was in fact a ********** contract (I have never and will never be a customer of MTN), and yet you report that there are unpaid funds in my name to my ITC.

Do better, MTN, do much, much better. This is beyond unacceptable.

Please get someone from your ***** Department who investigated this ***** to contact me urgently. I expect my ITC to be updated with immediate effect. I have not missed a payment since you decided to deliver a device to someone who was not me and debited my bank account for this ********** transaction.
