MTN allows ***** then blacklisting

My identity was ****** and the person opened 2 accounts with MTN over the phone in my name. I saw the amounts going off my salary and immediately started asking around. I went to the main MTN office in the West Rand and was helped by a friendly gentleman who assisted me in clearing the matter up and even forwarded my documents to the ***** prevention services. HOWEVER! According to ITC I owe MTN over R3000 and because of this I cant get a personal loan!!!!! I have the proof that they acknowledged I was a victim of ***** which they allowed to happen in the first place, very easily for the ******** might I add, then they black list me for it!!!!<br> I want this amount removed off ITC immediately. Your call centers and email responses are of no use!
