I called the useless customer service where you find the most useless consultants I have ever encountered. I called them to let them know that I got sms's alerting know about upgrade. No e of them picked it up until after the ********** upgrade was done. Today I went to MTN Cresta. I encountered another retard who could not be bothered. His name is Chansa Mubanga. One of his colleagues said ***** is normal. Wow. Does this mean I should just accept. Or are they part of it.
