MTN allows ***** accounts with out verifying and no certified ID copies

Hi there

I discovered that Someone took an MTN contract under my name and I was not aware until I got an alert email. they manage to do 3 transactions in less than 3 days. MTN doesn't account as it says it was 3rd party and accounts were opened on line. MTN has a policy of not taking 2 contracts in less than 30 days yet they did under my ID. why allow people to open accounts on line if they can not verify their ID or produce an certified copy. on the day i went to query they had took the 3rd contract and they say they have no way of tracing yet they are delivered somewhere and sim cards are activated without RICA. Now i have to go from pillar to post to have this sorted and removed under my name. MTN should take responsibility of working with ***** 3rd parties and having loop holes in their system that put consumers at risk. And account for services taken under its brand.
