MTN allows *****, blacklists with Credit Bureau when I dont pay for *****

MTN allowed a ***** on my account. When I refused payment they reported me to the credit bureau. They subsequently credited the invoice but refuse to advice the credit bureau of their mistake. Reported in May 2024 and escalated via email and Twitter and still no progress!
