MTN allowing Unauthorised Subscription Service on their network - InConcert

Received following SMS from *** at 17:13 that stated the following "Reminder 'Y'ello. Your free subscription period to InConcert will end at 2030-05-16 !9:18:21. You will now be charged for the service. To cancel dial *155#. T&Cs. www.mtn.co.za." I never opted for a InConcert service so MTN allowing another service provider to use their MTN network that fleeces their customers is inappropriate and immoral. I would appreciate MTN's leadership response to 'why they are allowing service providers to be ********* and advising customers that they are to be charged for a service that they never opted for?' This is not the first time I have found this *********ness. According to five MTN’s Values, one of them being Integrity, it states that:

Be honest Deliver on promises Do what is right Be truthful to others and yourself Be trustworthy and reliable
